These two are enjoying our soft green grass while they wait to be allowed to go back home ( with their people) after being evacuated yesterday afternoon.

our friends were evacuated due to a huge wild fire near their home on the mountain. they are staying with us and their dogs are too. these two like the grass in the back yard and enjoy sleeping away after they have a nice run.
Don't you wish you could remain as calm and not worry like the two of them?!? Looking so peaceful and serene together! Well, maybe the big dog...the little one is glad the big dog is there. So sweet together.

yes, these two were so happy to be here and able to run on the grass. they have moved recently to a new house that does not have the landscaping finished yet. to remain peaceful with problems all around takes knowing Jesus for me.

@gq My son moved to a new home in March. They have 3 active boys (ages 6,4,and 18 months) and no backyard landscaping at the moment. It is quite large and will cost a pretty penny to finish. Their boys will feel the same way as the doggies, when they have grass again!

yes, these two were so happy to be here and able to run on the grass. they have moved recently to a new house that does not have the landscaping finished yet. to remain peaceful with problems all around takes knowing Jesus for me.
