I took a shot or two of the moon in the dark before my workout this morning but on the way home I saw this and liked it better in the daylight.
I recently was bemoaning the fact that when I want I can't seem to get noise in a photo but it appears when I am not trying and this is a perfect example of that!
i saw this moon this morning as it was about to set. i also saw it last night as it struggled to rise above the dark clouds and it did later on as i was staring at it before i fell asleep. lovely colours on this, not much for the noise but the comp is fabulous. aces!
Nice capture- I think the noise has to do with how high your ISO is (the higher the ISO, the more potential for noise), but don't quote me on that! This is very dreamy.
