With our recent temperatures being 80°F/26.6°C, Grunt (on the left) and Suie (on the right) felt it would be a great idea to spend the day at Vikki's beach. I am glad we took advantage of it because the temperatures will be dropping to the 40s/4.4s and 50s/10s in the next few days.
What a great photo and fun way to spend time. We are getting weather we have not had in a few years. Lots of rain and fog along with very cold temps as low as 30. We are today starting to warm up into the 40’s. Stay warm.
Very clever! I am not a fan of 80s, but I am also not a fan of the single digits we had last week when we arrived home. Now we have 20s and 30s with lots of wind to drift up the 10-12 inches of snow on the ground… and more snow on the way. Just a typical Palouse country winter.

Ours came in last night. @digitalrn they seemed to enjoy it and it got much colder today so I’m glad they went. @shutterbug49 they have been hanging around in the background for a while. This is not one of my paintings it is from @summerfield @ludwigsdiana They did enjoy their day at the beach. We are supposed to be having cold weather and just like you were having the opposite for a few days. It did get cold again today so I’m hoping winter will be winter for us with the colder weather @kjarn LOL!
