Thank you for viewing, your comments and fav's on my other photos. They are appreciated.
@girlie Thank you for your kind words and thank you for the fav! @kerristephens@tesnonian Thank you! @blcpadilla Not in a santuary. Just out in the country. Butterflies are everywhere here in this part of Texas now. Some earlier ones I took at a garden and others I have taken at restaurants on the flowers outside.
You are quite the expert on butterflies. Now I know where to turn if I should ever find one to photograph! I haven't seen that many so far this spring. Gorgeous photo!!
@cimes1 Thank you for the comments and for the fav! There are so many butterflies in this part of Texas this year. Never seen so many here. Probably due to the very mild winter we had.
@princesicita Thank you for the comments and for the fav! I live near Fort Worth, Texas in the USA. We had a mild winter and all insects are supposed to be very plentiful this year. Not looking forward to the mosquitos!
@bigsusan55 Thank you! @captainb Hi Keith - I have lived here over 20 years and it is the most I have ever seen. A friend of mine showed me pics that she took with her phone and she had so many in her trees they looked like flowers. I have tried to get her to join 365, but she has not yet. We had a very mild winter and we are having all kinds of bug invasions.

@lauriehiggins Thank you! The page I read said they were quite common, but it was a first for me.
@myautofocuslife @netkonnexion Thank you!
