Here is another moon shot. Tried to take shots of some cats, but they refused to cooperate. The moon was a lot more cooperative!
Thank you for viewing and commenting. Thank you for viewing and commenting on the bulldozer shot I posted yesterday.
@edorreandresen I tried to get a cow shot today, but it was terribly hot and they were under trees for shade in pastures and nowhere near enough to get a shot. I did see an airplane fly over the moon this afternoon, but could not get my camera out in time!
@jwlynn64 Yes, Canon. EF-S55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS. The lens' that I have are all Canon. Hoping one day to get a really good zoom lens, some macro lens and do not necessarily have to have Canon.
I'm still trying to figure out what would be a good lens to get. I'm a little bit confused by the focal length. I know your lens is rated at 55-250 but your exit info says 400. Your camera is a 1.6 ratio sensor and 250 x 1.6 = 400. So are all lenses marked for a full frame camera even if they cannot be used on one like your lens? Confusing.
@jwlynn64 The ISO speed was 400, the focal length was 250 per the exif, go back and check it again. I think you may have misread it. It is all confusing to me. I need to study it more. I am not sure what cameras my lens can be used on. I do know that I can use some of the lens from 35 mm, but not vice versa.
Nice picture!
