Oh, that looks so good! That type of pies are so American, at least I think so, we Finns bake a lot too, but little bit different types of cakes, pies etc.
As I look at your picture of your Mom, waiting for the Apple Crisp that I just made to come out of the oven, I'm thinking that peach pie would be really good right now...mmm!
