This is my parents rooster, his name is Lucky. They keep about 20 chickens and two roosters, but Lucky is the king of the coop, so to say. I utilized the flip out screen and live view features of the 60D when I took this shot, so I could just hold the camera at chicken perspective level and take the shot, while kneeling down in the coop was not really an option. :)
Brilliant pic! They dont keep still for long do they, kudos to you! My Mums friend had 4 chickens, and she called them 'oven-ready, kentucky fried' etc ..rotten humour!
