Holiday Cheer at the Domkeller

On tueday our boss took our group out for a few Glühweins at the christmas market which was really nice. It got really cold after 1.5 hours standing in the cold (surpisingly the hot wine doesn't help after a while!) So another smaller group of us went to my favorite bar in Aachen, the very cosy Domkeller (aso in a historic building from 1658). We had a really fun night, and the waiters there keep track of our drinks by the different marks on our coaster. This is our coaster at the end of the night, and as you can see we had a REALLY fun time.

I LOVE how they keep track of your orders on coasters in Germany. And I love, love, LOVE the Domkeller! It's my favorite bar in Aachen! I used to go there every Wednesday to write. I'd sit in that corner booth next to the men's bathroom. Don't read into that. :-D
