For some reason which I can not explain I was really excited about the Eurostar from Brussels to London and I thought it would be really nice. However we got on and it smelled really bad (person near us not the train) and it just looked like a dingey old german train, and I said to Anne, "oh, its just a smelly old train". We had quiet a laugh out of it. It was still a much easier way to get to london than flying would have been
Nice shot. I took it from London to Paris last year and must admit a bit of dissapointment - they didn't even tell us when we hit the chunnel, we just had to guess as this tunnel seemed longer than the others, LOL.
So it's been smelly on that train?
