The fog was as thick as pea soup this morning. I took this shot, part of my normal walk to work, as I was trying to capture the moment with the cathedral tower peaking out of the fog. I am still not sure how I feel about this shot, I was not really feeling it this morning and it took a lot of post processing to get this shot to where I was halfway happy with it.
I like it very much. The tower looming out of the shadow, the facades of the buildings left and right with lamp and sign framing the picture... great shot!
@blightygal I plan to carry on somewhere. I will do at least a photo a week, or upload what I am editing that day, not shooting every day. I have an enormous backlog of old travel photos to sort through and my hard drives are filling up!
@harvey You sound busy! But I think, as much fun its been for a year, being able to take pics when you want to will be a breath of fresh air! Am unsure yet, but I will prob do something similar. Good luck with your last week!
