Transilvainian Alps by harvey

Transilvainian Alps

We spent part of saturday going up to the ski resort of Poiana Brasov to do some hiking. We got up to 1,800 meters and watched a group of these glider guys taking off from the side of the mountain for a while. There was quiet a bit of snow still so it wasn't that great for hiking but we had great views and still had fun walking around a bit.

That night we went to an Orthodox midnight mass, which is a candle lighting ceremony where everyone lit candles from the priest and went into the main square. It was really cool.
oh this is so cool! fab composition with the red wing's popping against the Alps!

This looks amazing. I've done this before - in tandem. It was in Turkey and it really was a brilliant experience.
