Last week we spent one of our best weeks of vacation in Europe in tiny (pop 200) Gimmelwald, Switzerland. We rented a little wooden cabin from the 1600's with 4 of our best friends and spent a week hiking every day (we climbed two mountains), eating tons of fresh organic milk, sausage, and yes, lots of berkaese! We bought half of a giant wheel from our neighbors, and I set up this fun shot right outside our cabin.
