Finally got my new manual coffee grinder that lets me grind fine enough to make espresso without a pressurized basket. To celebrate this occasion I had a bag of freshly roasted coffee courtesy of fellow 365'er Ole Kristian Valle.
After fine-tuning grind size with some cheap old beans, I pulled my first shot of proper espresso with this coffee and it was deliscious!
