I thought for the new year I would catch a sunrise. Our small city's downtown is about a mile east of our house. The tallish buildings hide any changes from night into day. One moment it’s night and pretty quickly it’s bright.
This poor photo was a test run while I was waiting. Then I edited it within an inch of its life. Someone at 365 once said, “If it’s a crap photo to start with over edit it all you want. At least you’ll have some fun with it.” So I went with it. I even added a little PS lens flare for pretend sunrise.
