I decided to join the fun in the get-pushed challenges, I was paired up with JulieCo (@julieco) who suggested that I take some food photos. Since I retired I have taking over most of the cooking - Gail had done it most of our married life, so it was my turn. This was our meal - chicken stuffed with artichokes and rib meat, butter beans, onion (cooked in the microwave like a baked potato), and salad (which takes the most time to prepare). Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
Good Job. My husband retired first so he got to take over the cooking too. I don't think he's very stuffed a chicken with artichokes though. Sounds very gourmet.
