Cardamom

Whole cardamom, out of the pod. Still not quite sure how to cook with it, but it sure smells good.
I love to use it when I make homemade chai, or put some in with my coffee grounds before brewing. It's also wonderful crushed up and added to whipped cream for a dessert topping. Makes good sweet bread as well...I could go on and on here.
