One of many "traditional" desserts for the U.S. Thanksgiving feast--sugar, butter, eggs, and pecan nuts, baked in a pastry shell. I made this the night before, because the Apple Pie would be in the oven the morning of the celebration.
No longer middle aged, and no longer taking pictures every day....but cannot quit yet.
