The Shepherd

That's the name of the sea stack watching over the beautiful Sandwood Bay on the west coast of Scotland.

No road here so it was 5 miles walk around the coast and back the short way across the moors for 4.5 miles.

Worth the effort to get here, even on a cloudy day the scenery is just stunning, with over a mile of sand and the sea crashing in, it's my favourite kind of place.
