yes Saint Patrick is said to have spent 40 days up here , the church was built in 1905 all materials transported by donkeys..

I noticed in Italy that they always seemed to have a church on the highest peek, I guess its the Higher you are, the closer you are to god!!!

So this is the view, I've been on the top, years ago but it was really bad weather, fog, torrential rain and together with hundreds of other. We, not knowing, had chosen the last Sunday in July, which is when pilgrimes go up.

I remember helping an old man down the mountain with my friend, he could hardly walk and the first aid tents were packed.
