@jacqbb If they are fresh, I wrap them in foil and bake in the oven with salt and lemon. If they are tinned, I grill them or gently warm them through in a frying pan and eat them with toast. Full of calcium!
I didn't get the reason for the title at first. I said 'What has school to do with this can of fish?' And then I realised what you meant. I think they could make a tasty addition to some meals.
