Manga or Kimono

Yesterday in Amsterdam we visited The Tropenmuseum a museum of world cultures, housed in one of the most impressive museum buildings in the Netherlands.
They had the exhibition cool Japan. This kimono was slowly turning and in the background they showed a Japanese cartoon.
