It must be terrible to see your train 10 metres from the platform and no possible way to catch it.
This was Köln Hbf. The train left on time but had to wait for a red sign.

Vervelend , maar er gaan er nog meer. In mijn jonge jaren veel gereisd en kwam dit vaak tegen. Accepteerde het gelaten en vond dat een onderdeel van het reizen. Mooie foto van het station.

It's very annoying when this happens, I saw myself many trains and even a plane leave without me through delay. It doesn't help to walk to the end of the platform and stare, it only gave me this photo. This gentleman has probably found another train to continue his travels.
