Soft and pink

As flamboyant as magnolias are, they have a soft and fuzzy side, too. I love that they are both bold, in your face, and soft at the same time.
Everything is flowering early this year.

My son had a magnolia tree in his yard in their old house (which WAS an OLD house). We never saw it in bloom, but in the fruit stage which is rather interesting.
