Road Trip - Day 5

We took a slight detour today and headed to the town of Bodega. The reason for the side trip was to see this, the school house used in Alfred Hitchcock's movie 'The Birds'. The school house was built in 1873. The movie was made in the early '60's.

I would have to ask where the playground is (not remembering the movie that well), my mind says it was on the side of the school.
