I think it is wonderful when people can do a fixer upper themselves rather than having someone do it for you. Will you live here or sell it?

@365karly1 My husband is quite amazing... He does carpentry...plumbing and electrical...this is our little home....we decided we aren't ever moving....we love this little house the previous owners were not kind to...
