Every so often we receive hummingbirds at work .... most of the time because of their size they are so badly hurt they don't do well.... THIS one was lucky... a few more days of "rehab" and we will set this beauty free... we are pretty sure she has a mate somewhere nearby !
I was hoping to see more this summer but my flowers aren't doing as well as I'd hoped (too cold at times). I'm glad I've seen a few though. Great shot!
