Day 242: Mmmmm ! Dinner is served!

Too hot to cook much so it's an easy dinner tonight ... BLTs and beans.

@bigmxx It was so good. We don't eat a lot of "junky dinners"... this was the exception.

@bruni It had to be quick this night. Too many things going on and not enough time to cook --- both myself and my husband work full-time and sometimes cooking is just not an option.
