This lovely doll (although very much weatherworn) was at the Rockhampton Heritage Village - and is probably still there. I used the Abstraction I filter from Topaz Impressions on the photograph to create this very impressionistic effect. I used a layer mask in Impressions to protect the eyes from the filter effect.
