Xmas was a very quiet affair at our place this year with just John and I. We had planned to have another 11 family members but cancelled when the NSW to Qld border was opened and Covid immediately hopped into Queensland and continued to multiply. Otherwise, it was a nice day.
Covid has messed up Christmas for us too. David's brother and his wife were coming for Christmas and the New Year from Queensland but had to cancel too.
@ludwigsdiana@onewing Thank you for the comment. I was so annoyed when the Queensland government opened the border just before Christmas - they could have waited till after Christmas. In that short time Covid cases have risen to over 2000 a day in Queensland. Apart from that we had a nice Christmas day.
