It's either an adult female or juvenile male, I don't know how to tell them apart, Goosander. It's one of about 30 on the West Campus of York University.

@fishers Thank you. They are such beautiful birds and when the light is right - and they are reasonably close to shore or a bridge some super shots are possible. We'll be doing lots of walkies on campus while they are here. Hopefully the Siskin will turn up too.
