I quite liked the contrast of the white boards protecting the windows and doors of this cabin. But the cabin was a boring dark grey, so I changed it. I was happy to come up with something similar to what Janna Ellen has done with some of her photos (example: http://365project.org/jannaellen/365/2011-04-29). In Oloneo, I applied the 'black or white' preset then brought that version into photoshop. Added the original as a layer on top, then erased out the house and grass. I then increased the brightness of the original layer to blow out the sky. Photo taken somewhere along Meat Cove Road on my way to Bay St. Lawrence on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.
