Sidewalk art.

At least that's what I think it is. These three lines of paint encircle an entire block of properties in historic downtown Halifax. Included in the block are a Nova Scotia College of Art and Design office, art supply store, and some galleries. Too much of a coincidence to be random colourful vandalism, I think.
