Although not the words of my neighbour, this seems to be the attitude she has regarding the raising of her pet. The kitten has a few different places to call 'home'. I had her for approximately 24 hours this weekend. No major damage was done, but it was obvious that my apartment definitely isn't kitten-proof.
I'm currently situated in Victoria, having previously lived in Beijing, Halifax, Chilliwack, Calgary, Vancouver and growing up in Northwestern Ontario. My aim with photography is...
Now that I know you're a sucker for pet-sitting, I'm really disappointed that you moved away. Diva would also have been a good subject for your photos.
LOL. Didn't you know that cats are evil? It was probably her sole purpose to seen how much damage she could cause in 24 hours. Next she will probably try to intimidate you by leaving you some beheaded creatures on your doorstep.
Beautiful eyes though!
It takes a certain person to want to keep a cat or should that be to let a cat allow you into now their home where you can be tolerated ;) I don't mind cats, but I'm just not a huge fan of the jumping over, scratching at everything that goes along with them. Still, having said that, this one is very cute.
She's an indoor cat but she ends up at your house? Does her person ask you to watch her? How does she get to your house?
Super shot, great focus on her eyes! Such a sweet looking community cat :)
@sabresun@shutterbugger ~ Agreed Matt, the scratching really sucks. And knocking things off shelves ledges, etc. Jenn, apartment building - cats can move from unit to unit without having to put toes in snow! Neighbour has only asked me to 'watch her' after having a few and figuring it was 'my turn'. Or something.
I'm a cat person too but don't have a cat, I fuss my mums now and again when I visit, but often I adopt a stray for ten minutes for a good old cuddle. this is lovely.
