Who knows the answer to that question, but you are exploring a contemporary idea of the coming and going of traffic! Having parts of the cars gives that feeling of fleeting transition and I do not mind that some are not in focus. That is how our eyes see things that are a fleeting transition. Well done for pushing boundaries of photography!
