I was just thinking they're the kind of hats people wear in Whitby (Whitby is a little seaside town on the east coast of England and is famous for being the inspiration for Dracula) for gothic weekend then I saw Comic con and steam punk in your description. I was right 😉 A cool capture, would make great portrait shoot accessories 😉
