Week 2 of the 52 week challenge. The prompt was golden triangle. I definitely admit to 'huh?'. I used the crop tool in afinity photo and set it to golden spiral which helped me narrow down things. Still not sure if I got it.
I think you were close. The Golden Triangle is another way to divide your pictures into thirds. One line runs on a diagonal from corner to corner (lower left to upper right and vice versa). That line gets divided half way and a line from that spot gets drawn to the opposing corner (going up so to speak, or down). The subject gets balanced between the three triangles created by the lines. I don't know if that makes any sense in print- but your triangle in this shot roughly goes from the lower left to the upper right and the two smaller triangles are sitting on top/to the left of the larger one on the lower right. It's slightly off as far as equal balance- but that's an artistic choice and I think this looks fine- no need to fix it! The lighting is beautiful!
