I went to a presentation about the making of Kimchi this evening. It is a traditional Korean dish but is also so very versatile. This dish is fermented vegetables with spices and very good for the gut.

Good for you, lovely shot of the ingredients. We love kimchi and I make my own ever since we left Japan. That way I can control just how much spice I need ;-)
