It was about time we checked our boat, so dressed in almost all the warm clothes we could muster, we motored up the river in the tender. We were relieved to find no accumulation of Brent goose poo on the deck, and everything was fine. Putting our backs to the wind we ate our packed lunch in the brilliant sunshine and had a nice mug of tea!
