Adam got an unexpected lift to school this morning as I was hoping for a hanging mist along the backs of the colleges. There was a lovely mist in fact but in the time it took me to get out of the car and rush off for a college shot it was disappearing. This was a quick shot of the trees at the back of Trinity which I took as soon as I got out of the car. Either I have to get up earlier or hope that the later sunrise will give me a longer window of oppotunity!
This is perfect Judith & that lovely line of mist between the trees shows up well ! it makes you wonder what is through the trees ! I like your cropping !!!
Excellent photo. I like the contrast between the trees and foreground and the lighter leaves. Conditions and light can change so quickly in these conditions, so it's not easy to get a good photo.
lovely light and capture of the mist - the crop is great too - I tried going for that on Sunday morning and just about managed, but you have to be so quick
A gorgeous misty morning! Beautiful crop accentuating the line of trees. You got a fabulous photo and Adam got a ride to school...a good morning all round. :)
great letterbox shot :o) love the mists there Judith - not long since we were talking about impending autumn and conkers...now look at us wishing the darker mornings here!! I wasn't disappointed with the moody evening light here in Scotland tonight - maybe the thought of winter shots isn't so bad after all!
