I picked up Monty from the kennel this morning and headed on to Cambourne for a walk and a chat with my friend Linda. Unfortunately I had forgotten walk essentials like dog treats and Monty was rather over-excited. I spotted these two down by one of the lakes and employed my long lens.
Three good things:
1. Linda turned 50 at the weekend and still looks 30.
2. Monty has finally settled down.
3. Loads of daffs out and making a great display when we arrived home.
Lovely warmth to this shot Judith. I love the silhouette effect against the water, the ball under the boy's arm and the swan peeking over the grasses. Well spotted.
Two lovely swans too, such beautiful soft light, you would almost think it was evening. Its great that Monty will go to kennels, if we ever had another dog it will definitely go to kennels at a young age! Bless him he was very pleased to see you!!
