Flower power by judithg

Flower power

I'm sorry I'm flower dominated at the moment - will whoever has stolen my phojo please give it back? After very disrupted sleep on Monday due to Nigel leaving for the airport in the middle of the night and the cat remembering that she's supposed to be nocturnal, I managed to sleep very badly again last night. Even after getting up and working my way through a few biscuits because I was starving I couldn't get back to sleep. And today I am really very tired indeed - definitely an early night required.
Three good things:
1. Cowparsley.
2. Mum and dad's house move progressing.
3. I can still just about run to helping Adam with GCSE physics.
I love those wildflowers. Very pretty shot. I love flower pictures.

Beautiful colours and love the 'ghost' cow parsley in the bokeh. Hope you get a good night, nothing worse than lack of sleep - in my opinion.

Lovely focus. :)

A fave just because this cow parsley is my very fave...I must go down the lane & see if ours is out! Plus of course this photo has caught the lovely flat head & pure white against the dark.

Pretty - love how that dark background sets it off.

Just lovely Judith, I love this plant too, it's so delicate and lacy.

oooh fabulous and don't apologise for the flowers - they all have their own beauty and some of us never tire of seeing flower photos!!!!

Judith, I know what you mean about the phojo ....I'm really struggling......I will be resorting to flowers when I upload later :) ...the nifty fifty does doe cracking flower shots though ....makes wonderful bokeh

Funny because I had a quick (well it was slow actually because I don't seem to have any energy) down the lane and took a couple of pics of cow parsley. It is really pretty against the dark background

Love your cowparsley shot and the DoF is perfect. There isn't a hope in hell that I can do a single moment of GCSE physics!!

This is a lovely image, I love nature shots as well so will never get tired of them, I love how you captured the little spider on his web as well.
I always take Borrocca Boost when I feel tired, just for a week or two mind, take it early or you will be awake half the night.

Simply lovely, soft clouds, great bokeh and of course the little spider. Nature at its best!

Nothing wrong with flowers, we've seen so little of them over the winter! Hope you catch up on sleep soon.....

Hadn't noticed the spider! I was just enjoying seeing the flower - we wait SOOOO long for them and then we are surrounded! Isn't it grand?!?!

Beautiful capture Judith. The dof has isolated it beautifully from the background. Wonderful shot.

Lovely DOF. I always seem to resort to flowers when I'm lacking phojo too (like now!)...although this is a lovely shot so I shouldn't worry too much xx

I've been getting that a lot recently - L wakes me up and then goes back to sleep minutes later leaving me wide-eyed and staring (and often starving hungry, too!) Hope you had a better night.
