Wandering around the garden at 4 o'clock looking for a suitable subject I decided to go for a 'greenhouse still life' and take advantage of my new tasteful Burgon and Ball seed organiser along will a bit of string and a trowel. Quite nice but rapidly obliterated by cat. Shame you can't get the huge pupils in daylight...
Three GT:
1. I've put some magic cream on Monty's feet - it smells so bad that it must be effective...
2. I've adjusted the little dial thing by my viewfinder and I seem to be able to see through it again.
3. Watching Crufts and in particular Scruffts with a fascinated Monty. Had to cover his eyes when the agility came on - and I feel really bad when I look back to making him jump the hay bales (twice) at the country fair - it's no wonder he barked at me and looked really fed up when you think what was going wrong in his neck.
What a lovely looking cat, and what amazingly long whiskers!!
Don't think back to what you didn't know at the time, we have all done something similar!!
Diopter ......I know these things, now I have been on a photography course!! One of our cats got run over this week :( the other three have only just settled down a bit tonight, they have been waiting and looking for him all week........that part makes me even sadder.
@lesleyallen Oh that's sad Lesley! When one of our kittens got run over. Rafiki and Nala saw the body and circled it very sadly but they seemed to understand and didn't keep looking for her - hope the others (& you) feel better soon.
Betty sat in front of the TV and watched with rapt interest last night. It's sad when you feel you can't change the channel because the dog like the programme!
I like the sound of your tasteful garden organiser. I will have one those in my walled Georgian kitchen garden, when the universe finally recognises my right to have one.
