These three ladies are sitting in front of an apple tree at Trinity College, a descendent of the very tree Isaac Newton famously sat underneath. I thought it was interesting that he would know what the girl on the right is doing but have no idea about the other two despite that fact that without his work neither gadget would exist.
Oh and the lady with the camera took a photo of me too!
That's a lovely photo Judith. Great composition. I like the stonework on the building and the shape of the tree, the colors, the people. All very pleasant to look at. :-)
How great that she took a photo of you as well! That happened to me once when I was photographing people waiting for the train, and I wondered if it would appear on 365. Nice photo!
This is a great shot of every day life , wonder if there was a bus stop near by ? The composition is perfect & to photo them all doing different things is interesting !
@cookie123 According to a bone fide blue badge guide and they have to be very well qualified! It doesn't get many apples but it had one in 2009 and it did have some blossom on it this year so they will be hoping for some descendants to keep the line going.
superb candid photo Judith, I wonder if the lady on the left of the image is a 365'er :)..I was going to suggest a B/W conversion, but the green of the tree really holds the image together , so colour works best here
The composition of this shot is just fab !
And the girls engrossed in there own lives but sat closely together and the fact that they are different age ranges, ethnicity etc. diverse and wonderful.
