Another shot from another urban walk today. Only when I was thinking of a title did I realise that it includes two forms of post - it's quite muggy - I'm blaming being slow on that!! Monty will be glad when I get new homework although we did have a good hoop session on Midsummer Common on the way home - unfortunately he seems to have been stung in his ear and keeps having mad head-shaking sessions - time to get the ear cleaner out in case there's a fly in there....
Poor dog! Love the barbed wire and flowers in this- it's not too effective though, I watched someone climb over a fence like this the other day without any trouble at all...
When I first saw this, I thought the posts and wire will keep you from posting your letter. There's a lot to look at here...I like the extra wire and small metal bars above, with the purple flowery plant. Cool!
@bpaquette It's all a con Barbara - to take this I had to wait for a man and his sons to stroke Monty and have a discussion on which breed of puppy to buy. Then there was a group of people doing up a house next door and it's round the corner from the County Court which has a million CCTV cameras AND this is part of a used car garage so there was a man in his office. There aren't many places in Cambridge I wouldn't go during the daytime - and even at night people are out and about on cycles - but I would draw the line at the underpass after dark!
Poor Monty ! I think this is a sort of mixed shot ..some hard like the wire & home maid metal post box & then you have the lovely colours & pretty budlea type flower climbing through it all.
