I'd like to convey the scale of the American cemetery as the number of graves is sobering (but sadly pales in to insignificance compared to the WWI graves in France). The murkiness of the day made my shots rather poor though. Here I roped in my mum to try and give a sense of size.
Wow, that is a murky day..I thought that this was selective color until I noticed that the grass is green. Great photo...that rows are rows of crosses make a beautiful repetitive design, and I like where the colorful umbrella is placed. Awesome composition
