I don't know if I like this or not. King's College in the fog this morning. Really quite gloomy and tiny ice particles were falling through the air. Expected very cold again tonight (a right pain for the hen's water!) with quite a bit more snow by our standards Friday/Saturday. So long as I've dropped Adam at his exam and done my supermarket shop it can do what it likes (preferably clearing by hockey training on Sunday!).
It's lovely. A bit of Orton processing? I've been using it a bit lately. We've had a lovely sparkly sunny morning, which lifted the temp from -5, but not enough to thaw our hen's water either!
Lovely wide lawns in front look so nice in the fog to display the whole face of the building. Some people recommend bringing warm water out to the hens every morning instead of leaving it there overnight.
@maggiemae Yes - I meant to bring the drinker up to the house and leave it in two pieces overnight but it had already frozen itself solid again and I will regret it in the morning!
