Clare's Crocuses by judithg

Clare's Crocuses

The 'wild' crocuses are starting to be past their best (but still lovely - a woman was having a right go at a mother for letting her boys pick one each - I know it's not the done thing but she needed to get over herself a little bit - the moorhens eat them for breakfast) but the more cultivated varieties are absolutely stunning at the moment. These wer etaken by sticking my zoom lens through the railings at the back of Clare College (no dogs allowed).

I'm feeling much more positive now that the spring flowers have started to emerge - it's lovely to see some colour for a change.
