@vagabondframe these days people are so busy with their phones they are sitting ducks, i had to take several because i kept getting silhouettes, the young guy looked up but thought i was taking the newspaper guy only so just smiled @365street @yaorenliu

@kali66 I find the x100T to have virtually no shutter sound. I'm sure the newer x100F has no shutter sound as well. However, the lens is fixed 28mm cropped, but you can attach converter lenses, but those make the camera bigger.

@vagabondframe my usual camera is a canon sx50 which is silent, i just happened to be using the 450d for a change and realised it has quite a loud shutter for a library!
