I do a lot of different crafts, and my left over bits are sorted and stored ready for 'another day'. However, those 'other days' don't appear to be happening and my house is full of stuff I most probably will never use now. I need to start moving it on to others who will use it - so for the coming year as well as taking a photo a day, I need to 'recycle' something each day.
What a good plan! I, too, have yarns, fabric, beads, scrapbooking supplies, and more. Perhaps taking a photo of each set of materials will allow you to say goodbye but keep the image and memories evoked.
