Moment

I really don't know what to call this piece. I don't know what kind of butterfly or moth this is. And, though it appears to be alive, I'm not sure it is because it never moved no matter how many close-ups I took. However, awhile after I took this, I returned to the spot for one more try as the sun disappeared behind the horizon. By then it had fallen into the grass. So if anyone can shed some light on this, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, this is SOOC (straight out of the camera, with no editing or cropping).
